We provide investment management and fiduciary financial advice, primarily index funds, to clients nationwide. Our rapid growth necessitates expanding the compliance team to ensure high standards of client service and regulatory compliance. Job Description As a Compliance Analyst you will help the firm meet its obligations under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and related rules. This entry‑level position does not require prior industry experience; on‑the‑job training will be provided. In this role, you will: Review new client materials and facilitate onboarding. Perform annual reviews of client accounts to ensure advisors meet fiduciary duties and documentation. Coordinate with clients to complete paperwork and other tasks. Update client records and organize communications. Identify anomalies or errors and take corrective action. Coordinate communications and workflows with Advisors and other team members. Organize paperwork and digital files. Conduct compliance tests to confirm adherence to policies and keep them effective. Assist in reviewing marketing materials. Collect and review compliance reporting. Maintain the firm’s record‑keeping system. Answer advisor questions and help develop training materials. Stay informed about regulatory changes and help implement new rules. A strong candidate will: Maintain high attention to detail and documentation. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have strong organizational skills. Be proactive and take initiatives without being prompted. Have strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Gmail, web browsers. Focus on processes and controls, assessing risk. Show a positive attitude, grit, and prioritization ability.
