Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to provide safe patient handling and use common therapy equipment found in SNFs (e.g., gait belts, Hoyer lifts) preferred.
• Willingness to float to a sister location as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in long-term care preferred.

Assignment Details

• 5 days per week.
• Candidate may be required to float to a sister location as needed.
