Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Every other weekend required | Block schedules required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting at a Short Term Acute Care, Level II Trauma Center
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 and 1:2 as assigned
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records system
• Float between units within the facility or nearby sister facilities as needed
• Adhere to block scheduling requirements and all contracted scheduling obligations

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year of CVICU experience required
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Willingness to work every other weekend as required
• Ability to float between units and nearby sister facilities when needed
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with Level II Trauma Center protocols and workflows
• Experience in a high-acuity cardiovascular or critical care setting
