A growing organization located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego is seeking a detail-oriented Note Team Specialist to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and maintain detailed client or patient notes within internal systems
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards
• Communicate with internal departments to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies
• Perform data entry, record management, and document tracking tasks
• Assist with processing incoming documentation and maintaining organized digital files
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding notes, records, and account updates
• Support administrative projects and additional operational tasks as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, customer service, or data entry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented mindset

Position Details:

• Contract to role
• Located onsite in Kearny Mesa, San Diego
• Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
• 8:00am-5:00pm PST
• Compensation: $20.00 per hour
