Curious learner: seeks innovative research to stay ready for future developments. Responsibilities Promotes and sells the SPY fluorescence imaging system to hospitals to achieve sales targets. Educates doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance of SPY technology across multiple surgical specialties. Becomes a clinical expert on imaging platforms, procedures, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Directs product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings. Builds strong relationships with Core Endoscopy Sales Representatives in the assigned region and collaborates effectively. Assists with trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings. Keeps the Regional Manager informed of territory progress regularly. Resolves product problems for customers quickly. Supports the training and development of sales personnel. Sells DermACELL advanced decellularized dermis in hospitals for reconstructive applications. Performs regular activities such as OR servicing, formal and informal presentations, case proctoring, overcoming clinical objections, and lead identification/follow‑up. Partners with the MedEd team to drive customer and rep clinical education. Education And Experience Requirements 1–5 years of proven sales experience, with medical‑related sales strongly preferred. Knowledge of the operating room environment is preferred. Excellent clinical selling skills and the ability to build credibility with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administration. Demonstrated verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and identify new business opportunities. Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent five (5) years of commercial sales or medical field experience, including operating‑room experience. Travel required depending on territory coverage (>50%). Compensation & Benefits Draw + commission: $96,000 draw with eligibility for commission and/or bonuses.
