Document Processing Specialist

Overview Document Imaging Services is seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Document Processing Specialist to support a high‑volume document imaging and mail processing operation. This role is responsible for receiving, opening, sorting, processing, and scanning incoming documents for financial advisors while maintaining strict accuracy and confidentiality standards. Responsibilities Receive, open, sort, process, and scan incoming documents for financial advisors. Maintain strict accuracy and confidentiality standards at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with physical document handling and computer‑based processing tasks. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Strong data entry and keyboarding abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality; consistently starts work by 8:00 AM. Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC. Fully onsite. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour.
