Join us to be part of a team that leverages cutting-edge technology to create sustainable, efficient, and resilient manufacturing processes, making a tangible impact on the global stage.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. A passion for design and hands-on coding experience A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholdersRequired Skill and Experience• Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment• Experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes• Experience in SAP ABAP including minimum 4 years of SAP S/4 HANA ABAP experience.• Experience in technical design and development for SAP S/4 HANA implementations including CDS views, AMDP, OData, Fiori and UI5 integration.• Familiar and working experience with SAP S/4 Clean core approach and principles of design.• Extensive experience in designing and developing reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflow.• Proficient in S/4HANA-specific technologies like CDS Views, AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures), and the RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)• Strong understanding of clean-core and upgrade-safe extension strategies (In-App, Developer, Side-by-Side).• Manage code RICEFW objects, code reviews, ensure performance optimization and bridge functional requirements with technical solutions.Preferred Skill and Experience• Experience with Automobile Industry / project is a plus.• SAP product certifications are a plus.• Fluency in English.• Work location is Infosys office Hub locations at USA or Dearborn, Michigan.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.• Analytical and Communication skills• High Impact communication with senior stakeholders• Knowledge of Agile and SAP Activate methodologyAdditional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
