Labor and Delivery Nurse

TriStar Health is seeking a Labor and Delivery ER Nurse to provide expert, compassionate care for high-acuity obstetric and emergency patients. In this role, you will triage and stabilize obstetric emergencies, assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum care, and collaborate with OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and ED teams. You will monitor fetal and maternal status, administer medications, support emergency C-sections, and educate families.
