What challenges can you expect? You will maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and improve test systems and equipment used in production. You will support the production line by providing technical expertise and solutions for testing‑related questions. You will implement test system updates and support the introduction of new test equipment on site. You will modify test systems in cooperation with headquarters, including verification of required standards. You will analyze validation data, identify trends or deviations, and prepare validation reports. You will support spare parts preparation, stocking, monitoring, and employee training as needed. What do we expect from you? You have an associate degree and/or 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial or electrical environment. You have experience in electronics, electrical, or mechanical manufacturing, preferably with production troubleshooting. You have the ability to read and interpret technical documentation, especially wiring schematics. You have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and preferably E‑CAD or CAD tools. You have technical knowledge in mechanics, electrical, or electronics with at least 1 year of professional experience. You have strong teamwork, communication, flexibility, and a hands‑on approach, with willingness to travel as needed. This Is What We Offer. And Much More.
