School Based SLP, Up to $62/hr

School Based Speech-Language Pathologist provides assessment, therapy, and collaboration with school staff to support students with communication disorders. The role spans a 39-week contract in Conway, SC, delivering individualized therapy and integrating strategies into classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement speech therapy plans aligned with individual student needs.

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech or language impairments.

• Provide direct therapy to students with various communication disorders.

• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state policies.

• Support educational goals by integrating therapeutic strategies into classroom activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or equivalent.

• SLP certification or licensure required by South Carolina.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a school setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with elementary level students.

• Must work dayshift hours.

• Must pass background check and required immunizations or health screenings.

• Ability to follow school calendar schedule (August 10th start, June 9th end).

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a school setting. (Preferred)
