What You'll Do

• From face-to-face and phone interactions, own the customer experience end-to-end -from account and billing questions to recommending right-fit solutions.
• Assist customers with basic technical concerns and troubleshoot confidently.
• Listen deeply, follow through proactively, and close with integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every interaction is positive and memorable.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three months of related experience and/or training with a focus in technology preferred.
• Must maintain a good driving record and a valid driver license.
