Licensed Social Worker - Family & Community Support

McLaren Health Care

McLaren Health Care is seeking a skilled Social Worker in Clarkston, Michigan. You will provide assessment and intervention to clients and families, addressing social and economic difficulties that affect health and wellness. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work and Michigan licensure as a licensed master’s social worker (LMSW). The role includes individual and family therapy, referrals to community resources, and maintaining case documentation.
