Associate Finance Analyst

Medtronic seeks an Associate Finance Analyst to support financial planning and analysis for the Cardiovascular portfolio. The role involves developing FP&A reporting, financial forecasting, dashboards, and executive presentations while partnering with business and finance leaders across a global healthcare organization. Responsibilities
Develop and deliver recurring FP&A reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics for leadership
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes including forecasting and reviews
Prepare financial analyses and executive presentations for leadership meetings and business reviews
Analyze financial performance, sales trends, spending, and headcount to identify risks and opportunities
Manage financial calendars, reporting timelines, and coordinate FP&A deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Finance, accounting, or FP&A experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, or budgeting
Experience analyzing financial data and translating insights for business decisions
Familiarity with OneStream, SAP, Power BI, or similar financial systems
