Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager! Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities and duties include overseeing all aspects of operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, adherence to work schedules, maintaining a perfect image and standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

General job duties for all store team members include stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facilities, receiving and processing telephone orders, providing on-the-job training, having strong communication skills, being able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, making correct monetary changes, entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and navigating delivery areas.
