Junior Event & Team Lead Trainee

We are a purpose-driven third-party marketing firm specializing in live outreach and event-based campaigns for nationally recognized charities and nonprofit organizations. Role Overview: The Junior Event & Team Lead Trainee position is an entry-level leadership development role designed for individuals who are motivated, people-oriented, and eager to grow into management. This role combines event marketing, client representation, and foundational leadership training. You’ll work directly at live outreach events, learn how to manage campaigns, and develop the skills necessary to lead teams and oversee events independently.
