Fleet Mechanic

Tradewinds Support Partners, LLC

Industrial Manufacturing Facility has openings for Fleet Mechanics / maintenance personnel for servicing and repairing industrial mobile equipment. 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:

Works with fork-trucks (electric, gas, LP, diesel) , man lifts, cranes, stationary generators, etc. Electric fork truck experience prefered.
Prefer electrical and diesel fork truck experience
Experience with hydraulic system repair on mobile equipment
CMMS data input (computerized maintenance management systems)
Performs diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on mobile equipment
Maintaining up time requirements
Part Ordering
Shop Safety
Shop cleanliness, organization
Company quality standards
Reporting
Must provide own tools

Experience Required: DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENT: Must have industry standard minimum amount of verifiable 5 - 8 years of industrial forklift maintenance/repair experience or a similar combination of education and trade-related work experience. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
