Schedule & Coverage

24 hours per week
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Ideal schedule:
- Monday: 10 hours
- Wednesday afternoon: 4 hours
- Friday: 10 hours
No call

Practice Setting & Support

Medical Assistant provided to support the clinician

Requirements & Credentialing

Board certification required
Active Connecticut license required
