Job Title: Secret Shopper (Mystery Shopper)Job Description:Were looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secret Shopper. In this role, youll pose as a regular customer, make purchases or use services, and discreetly evaluate your experience. Your feedback helps businesses improve customer serviceso yes, your opinions actually matter here.To qualify, applicants must be between the ages of 2125.Responsibilities:Visit assigned businesses and interact as a typical customerMake purchases or use services as requiredObserve and document all aspects of the customer experienceComplete evaluation forms, including standardized questions and written feedbackMaintain complete anonymity to ensure authentic resultsTypes of Assignments:In-Person Visits: Retail stores, restaurants, and other establishmentsWork Schedule & Compensation:Schedule: One-day assignments at various locationsPay: $18.00 per hourMileage Reimbursement: $0.50 per mileQualifications & Requirements:Strong attention to detail and observational skillsExcellent memory and ability to recall experiences accuratelyClear and professional written communication skillsAbility to follow detailed instructions and guidelinesReliable, punctual, and responsibleHow to Apply:Apply in person or online at accepted MondayThursday from 9am-11am or 1pm-3pmPlease bring two forms of government-issued ID Location:Mancan Temporary Employment Staffing Agency6341 Pearl Road Parma Heights, OH 44130 440 View email address on ziprecruiter.com -to-hire positions available.Check out all our openings at
