At OEM, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with hardware, and taking projects from initial concepts through design, prototyping, testing, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electrical circuits, electronic assemblies, and custom electronic systems.
• Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic hardware issues.
• Develop, assemble, and evaluate prototypes to verify design functionality and performance.
• Select appropriate electronic components and materials based on project requirements.
• Utilize laboratory equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and other diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and technical personnel throughout product development.
• Support existing product designs through troubleshooting, improvements, and modifications.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation, design revisions, and test results.
• Assist with manufacturing processes, quality control, and product testing as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, circuit analysis, and electronic components.
• Experience reading and developing electrical schematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits and hardware effectively.
• Familiarity with electrical test equipment and laboratory procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PCB design software such as KiCad or similar applications.
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and electronic hardware integration.
• Familiarity with soldering, electronic assembly, and prototype development.
• Experience with firmware development or programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
• Understanding of electrical manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability.
• Previous experience in product development, custom electronics, or a manufacturing environment.
