We are currently seeking a SAP AI Architect to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a thought leader, technical authority, and people leader, driving innovation, client value realization, and reusable assets across SAP programs.
• Define the SAP enterprise-wide vision and roadmap for SAP BTP AI & Automation
• Align SAP BTP AI & Automation offerings with NTT DATA's global SAP and Digital portfolios
• Partner with SAP, hyperscalers, and ecosystem vendors on joint go-to-market initiatives
• Engage and Lead CxO-level conversations on AI-led SAP modernization and automation value across strategic SAP accounts and transformation programs
• Represent NTT DATA in SAP executive forums, innovation councils, and industry events
• Establish and govern the AI & Automation Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Define standards for architecture, delivery, security, and AI governance
• Drive investment in accelerators, IP, and reusable assets
• Collaborate, Build and lead a multi-region skill team
• Define workforce strategy, certification targets, and succession planning
• Promote innovation, diversity, and engineering excellence culture

Basic Qualifications: Must Have's

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in modern solution development, architecture, and implementation of SAP Automation and AI projects or similar SAP Projects.
• Deep knowledge of SAP technologies: S/4HANA, SAP BTP, AI Core, AI Launchpad, Data Intelligence, Joule.
• Strong architectural design and system integration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.
• Commitment to continuous learning in evolving AI and SAP technologies.

Travel: This position requires travel on need basis.

Nice to Have (but not a must):

• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and programming languages.
• DevOps knowledge (CI/ CD, Jenkins, Pipeline Management)
• Hands on experience development AI/ML Solutions using BTP AI Services
• Hands-on experience in BTP Process Automation, RPA bot development is advantage

Minimum / Required Qualification 15+ years of SAP experience in Solution development, Architecturing and Implementation of SAP Automation. 10+ years of Solution Architect 5+ years of S/4 HANA, IBP experience 1+ year of SAP AI experience.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $182,115.00-$252,938.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
