Home Health RN - Nursing

Schedule
- Shift: 8-hour days
- Schedule: 5 days/week

Assignment Details
- Patient Population: Adults / Geriatrics

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year skilled home health RN experience
- OASIS experience required
- Required certification: BCLS
- EMR: OASIS required; Epic preferred
- Must possess reliable personal transportation

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform home health admission, recertification, resumption, and discharge
- Conduct wound care and medication assessment/administration
- Initiate and maintain IV access as needed
- Perform phlebotomy and pain assessment/management
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards

Compliance / Notes
- References: 2 required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Pre-start modules (~16 hours average)
- Confirm time-off restrictions with hiring manager
- Free parking available
- Scrubs/Attire: Any color scrubs or business casual (no blue denim)
- COVID vaccination requirements should be confirmed with the hiring manager
