Sales Representative

Core Responsibilities Actively engage with customers to promote and sell Metro by T-Mobile smartphones, rate plans, and accessories. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with account troubleshooting, processing bill payments, and addressing general inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Execute daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, meticulous inventory control, and accurate cash drawer balancing. Contribute to local grassroots marketing efforts, participate in community events, and implement personal action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services, ensuring compliance with sales practices and demonstrating them effectively to customers. Key Requirements Availability: Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Demands: Capability to stand or walk for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance. Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Spanish) is highly preferred and may be compensated at a premium.
