Application Support Specialist

Supporting enterprise application platforms in a full-time capacity, the Application Support Specialist will troubleshoot business applications, manage user access, and collaborate with internal users to enhance operational processes. Key responsibilities Provide application support to internal corporate and field users through various communication channels Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely and user-focused manner Manage user access, including user creation, role assignments, and password resets, while adhering to security procedures Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in application support or a related technology support role Experience supporting enterprise software platforms, with a preference for Yardi Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to follow structured support processes Experience managing user access and system documentation Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
