This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with our clinical team and clients. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. You'll work closely with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, who share a commitment to coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine each patient's unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, both individually and in groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to address patients’ mental health issues.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community among patients while addressing common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all aspects of a patient’s mental health journey are effectively managed.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when needed, supporting patients during emotional emergencies with compassion and professionalism.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower their recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
