This role partners with the Executive Banquet Chef to lead food production, culinary staff, menu execution, and cost controls. What You’ll Do Lead daily banquet food production and execution. Train, coach, schedule, and develop culinary staff. Develop menus for conferences, special events, and amenities. Manage ordering, inventory, food costs, labor, and culinary budgets. Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation. Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure successful events. What You’ll Bring Strong banquet culinary experience. Fine-dining culinary knowledge and experience. Proven culinary team leadership and training experience. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, and cost controls. Excellent organization, communication, and guest service skills. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation & Benefits $75,000–$95,000 base salary Relocation assistance available if needed.
