Quality Auditor

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Auditor to support quality assurance efforts by conducting audits, identifying non-conformances, and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. This role is critical in maintaining product and process quality and requires an individual who is confident in addressing concerns and communicating findings when issues are identified.

Perform quality audits on products, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with established standards. Identify quality issues, defects, and process deviations and accurately document findings. Communicate audit results to supervisors, managers, and operational teams. Escalate critical quality concerns and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Verify that corrective and preventive actions are implemented and effective. Maintain accurate audit records and generate quality reports as required. Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in identifying opportunities to improve quality performance. Follow all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.

Location: Decatur, IL Full Time1st Shift 6:30AM to 3:00PM

Pay: $18.50 per hour

SC2 Basics:

• Attendance is essential
• Warehouse type environment
• Able to lift up to 50-75 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, twist and lift for 8/10 hours per day
• Great oral communications skills

Experience:

Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
