Responsibilities Full project management using Buildertrend, from creating budgets, procuring materials, contracting subs, creating owner invoices, managing schedules and production quality, coordinating finishes, to final punch list. Coordinate selections through design with owners and our Architects. Manage schedule, oversee site production, manage team members. Conduct regular site visits ensure all work in place is correct and pertains to finish details provided by clients. Manage multiple projects at various stages. Coordinate weekly schedule with site supers, verify production and quality aligns with company policies. Communicate to clients, team members, subcontractors and vendors clearly. Requirements Proven experience as a Residential Construction Project Manager. Proficiency in construction management software Buildertrend mandatory. Strong understanding of high level finishes, acceptable and unacceptable details. Fluid in full digital management. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills for construction estimating and budgeting. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
