Join our team and shape your career at PALFINGERLead regional service sales by developing and executing strategic sales plans, customer development initiatives, and sales budgets. Own territory performance by proactively pursuing profitable growth and strengthening relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide accurate market, forecast, KPI, and performance insights to support progress toward regional sales targets. Collaborate across Sales, Service, Coordinators, Spares, and upper management to align priorities while ensuring compliance with company policies, HSEQ standards, and applicable maritime regulations.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop, innovate, and execute strategic sales plans, customer development plans, sales budgets, and supporting processes.Lead sales-team meetings and collaborate with Sales, Service, Coordinators, Spares, and upper management to align priorities.Own regional sales performance by monitoring revenue, forecasts, KPIs, market trends, and progress toward targets.Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Provide timely management reporting, travel regularly for customer and team visits, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Your QualificationsAssociate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree; relevant professional experience may substitute for higher education.Several years of Sales experience in the Marine environment, preferably in a leadership position.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ERP-related software/platforms.Strong organizational, communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.What We OfferComprehensive benefits package with flexible options.Paid time off.Opportunity for continuous learning and career growth.An environment of Respect, Integrity, Openness, Inclusion and Support.Curious about this position or want to learn more?
