Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive surgical care to patients within your scope
• Collaborate with medical team for patient treatment plans
• Perform surgical procedures and consultations
• Document patient interactions and outcomes accurately
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Engage with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care

What You Need

• Current Virginia medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
• ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications (or willing to obtain)
• At least 2 years of surgical practice preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
