Service of Process Specialist We are seeking a skilled Service of Process Specialist to support and oversee the daily coordination of process service orders. This position is ideal for an experienced legal support professional who understands the importance of precision, communication, and compliance in every stage of the service of process workflow. Expectations for this role On-Site Presence: expected to be on-site at our San Antonio office in the Far North Central area (near Methodist Hosp.-Stone Oak), 5 days a week. Ownership & Communication: this role demands a proactive approach and a strong commitment to transparency in all communications and actions. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch process service orders to qualified process servers across multiple jurisdictions. Track the progress of active serves and ensure timely completion and documentation. Review and verify proofs of service, affidavits, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance. Communicate with clients, court personnel, and process servers to provide updates and resolve issues. Maintain detailed records within internal tracking systems and client portals. Assist in identifying and onboarding new process service vendors as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in process service coordination or a related legal support function. Strong understanding of Texas service of process rules; familiarity with multi-jurisdictional procedures a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Clear, professional communication with both clients and vendors. Ability to prioritize multiple active serves while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with digital tracking systems and document management tools.
