Prospect and network to develop new business. Present insurance proposals and address client questions. Maintain accurate records and proactively follow up on renewals. Stay current on products and industry trends (we’ll support your licensing and ongoing education). What We’re Looking For Previous sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing, etc.). Track record of achieving sales goals is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (we provide support). We help customers manage everyday risks and realize their dreams through auto, home, life, business, health, and renters insurance. With over a decade of success and multiple industry awards, our 10-person team is dedicated to making a difference in our community. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Royal Oak. I have been a State Farm agent since 2011. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. We currently have 11 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
