Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families.

Employment Options Available

Part-time positions for independently licensed therapists (LCSW-C, LCPC and LCMFT).

W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week)

• Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 administrative hours
• Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends
• Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in-person) with a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week onsite.

This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potentiala guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest.

• Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling
• 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours per week

Additional Earnings: Earn $80 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload, giving you flexibility to increase income based on availability and interest.

Experienced clinician with a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families using evidence-based practices

Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms)

Excited to make an impact and driven by patient outcomes

Proactive problem-solver with strong clinical judgment and excellent communication and documentation abilities

Dedicated to high-touch, comprehensive care, not just clinical sessions, but true partnership with families and caregivers

Collaborative team player who values clinical consultation, feedback, and professional growth

Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26), building strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care

Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress

Invest in your patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients

Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support

Collaborate with other specialty providers

Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records

Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate

Independently licensed as a LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C in Pennsylvania

Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients

Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting

Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends

Immediate patient referrals with guaranteed caseload - start seeing patients right away

Flexible scheduling within business needs - set your own hours with emphasis on after-school and weekend availability

Full administrative support - we handle credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR so you can focus on clinical care
