Overview Leadership & Organizational Development Workforce Solutions Trainer Pool - Adjunct (Part-time). CVTC is establishing a pool of qualified candidates to be considered when Workforce Solutions & Continuing Education trainers are needed in the Leadership & Organizational Development area. Location: US-WI-Eau Claire; US-WI-Chippewa Falls; US-WI-Menomonie; US-WI-Neillsville; US-WI-River Falls Type: Part-Time; FLSA Status: Exempt; Hourly Pay Rate/Salary: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour. Pay rate will be commensurate with qualifications. Hours per Week: Varies; Work Schedule: Varies; Anticipated Start Date: Varies Responsibilities Collaborate with businesses to develop customized training or professional development seminars for employees in a particular field. Provide valuable training designed to enhance employee skills and productivity. Collaborate with business to determine dates and times of training sessions. Demonstrate commitment to customer service. Participate in college activities and pursue ongoing professional development. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to plan for and deliver quality instruction. Ability to facilitate and assess student learning. Ability to manage the classroom effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with the internal community. Ability to establish and maintain partnerships with external community. Basic to intermediate knowledge of and skills with technology used for communication and teaching; including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in related field preferred. Minimum of two years relevant and current occupational experience in the area being taught. Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
