Director of Family Engagement & Donor Advocacy

LiveOnNY is searching for a Director of Family Engagement Services to lead efforts in supporting organ and tissue donation. This role involves overseeing Family Engagement Services to ensure compliance with legal and operational standards while managing a team dedicated to compassionate support of donor families.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare and be adept at navigating sensitive family conversations. This position is crucial in enhancing the organ donation process within our service area in New York City.
