ADABAS Natural Programmer / Legacy Systems Project Lead
Columbia, SC (Hybrid)---Locals Only
Need Overall 10+Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects is must.
Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Natural programming and ADABAS databases. E32


• Experience working in the NaturalONE/Eclipse environment.


• Solid knowledge of payroll, accounting, or financial systems (Retirement Claims knowledge is a plus).


• Experience with production support and troubleshooting application issues.


• Comfortable providing training, mentoring, and support to junior or permanent staff.


• Ability to collaborate remotely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with JCL, batch and online processing.


• Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation.


• Understanding software version control and development best practices.


• Exposure to integration of legacy systems with modern platforms.

• Natural programming


• ADABAS database


• NaturalONE/Eclipse IDE


• Payroll/Accounting/Financial system knowledge


• Production support & debugging


• Mentoring junior staff
