About the Role:

Join the team at Dunkin' in Santa Fe, NM, where every shift is a chance to brighten someone's morning! We're looking for an energetic and friendly Cashier/Counterperson/Barista to keep our guests fueled and smiling from their first sip to their last bite.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers at the counter with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Accurately process cash and card transactions using the POS system
• Prepare and craft hot and cold beverages including espresso drinks, lattes, and signature Dunkin' coffees
• Fulfill food orders including donuts, sandwiches, and baked goods with speed and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary counter and work area
• Restock supplies, pastry cases, and beverage stations throughout the shift
• Follow Dunkin' brand standards and food safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

• Previous cashier, food service, or barista experience preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic math skills for handling cash and making change
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
