Responsibilities include monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to changes in their condition. The RN will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Strong communication skills are essential for patient and family education. The RN will adhere to all safety and infection control procedures. Flexibility to work varying shifts is required.
