Position Description
The AP/AR Clerk is responsible for providing internal and external customers with high quality, professional payable and receivable services. The AP/AR Clerk will assist our facilities, vendors and customers on all issues, key invoices, apply cash received using a variety of systems and offering solutions or teaching opportunities in a positive manner.
Primary Responsibilities
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Billing and invoicing clients weekly and monthly
- Coding invoices in Ivalua
- Coding expenses for the PNC Card
- Assisting corporate accountants
- Pulling data and updating excel spreadsheets daily
- Entering data into TOPEX
- Assisting maintenance manager with Asset Essentials
- Update company assets in Asset Essentials daily as neededin service, out of service, adding assets, removing assets, tracking costs, etc.

- Effective communication with management team and clients
- Computer skills including Excel knowledge
- P&L understanding
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to learn and understand new development processes
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, additional education a plus
- 2-5 years accounting experience desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be highly motivated and detail oriented
- Effective oral and written communication skills
