Nurse Supervisor - LPN / RN Weekend

Nurse Shift Supervisor (RN/LPN) – Weekend Location: Complete Care at Boulevard – Chicago, IL Weekend - 8A-8P Core Responsibilities As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the nursing team to ensure clinical excellence during the Weekend: Clinical Oversight: Coordinate patient assessments, treatment plans, and physician communication. Team Leadership: Supervise staff performance, ensuring compliance with state/federal guidelines and proper medication administration. Quality Control: Conduct nursing rounds to track patient progress and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation. Education: Act as a resource for staff and families to promote best practices in wellness and recovery. Collaboration: Work closely with the DON and Administrator to maintain seamless facility operations. Qualifications Licensure: Active Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing. Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting. Experience in palliative or inpatient care is a plus.
