Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Behavior Unit team at Cedars of Lebanon. As a member of our night shift team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in our Behavior Unit, focusing on their unique needs and individualized treatment plans Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring alignment with resident goals and preferences Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address resident needs, concerns, and barriers to care Monitor and report resident progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary Provide emotional support and crisis intervention to residents and families, as needed Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate, up-to-date records Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio NEW GRADS WELCOMED!
