Please check out to learn more about us! Duties Will be expected to lead 2-3 Sessions as well as 1-2 games per weekend from August through May. Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for players of various ages and skill levels Teach fundamental soccer skills, techniques, and strategies Develop and implement practice drills and game plans Provide guidance and feedback to players to help them improve their performance Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive learning environment Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games Communicate with parents/guardians regarding player progress and team updates Attend team meetings, coaching clinics, and workshops to enhance coaching skills Equal Employment Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation and gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
