Sr. Software Engineer

AI Developer

Location: Onsite St. Louis

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience working in AI space with hands on knowledge of Python and Cloud (AWS preferred)

Key Skills Requirements:

• Strong hands on experience in Python for AI/ML development
• Proficient in AWS Cloud Services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, etc.)
• Experience in building and deploying AI models in production environments
• Exposure to telecom data or customer behavior modeling is a plus
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work directly with customer stakeholders
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization
• Proven experience in dashboarding large scale datasets for business consumption
• Ability to translate business needs into visual insights
• Exposure to telecom metrics or customer segmentation dashboards is a plus
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer facing communication skills
