Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare surfaces for concrete placement by setting forms and ensuring proper alignment.
- Pour concrete and spread it using various tools such as rakes, shovels, and screeds.
- Finish concrete surfaces using hand or power tools to achieve desired textures and smoothness.
- Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces.
- Repair and patch concrete surfaces as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating concrete finishing tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
