What You'll Do (Your Impact)

Whether you are an RN or an LPN, your primary mission is to promote healthy lifestyles and champion the best possible health outcomes for the individuals we support.

• Advocate&Coordinate: Partner and communicate openly with external healthcare providers to ensure the people we serve receive exceptional routine and preventative care.

• Provide Clinical Care: Accurately administer medications, injections, tube feedings, monitor vital signs, and respond swiftly to any changes in health status.

• Educate&Empower: Provide health-related education (like infection control and medication safety) to the individuals served and our dedicated, unlicensed direct-care workforce.

• Collaborate&Plan: Contribute clinical insights to annual support plans, facilitate personal health goals, and maintain comprehensive, compliant healthcare records.

SCHEDULE: Evenings (3-11pm), 40hrs, and every other weekend

What We Are Looking For

For LPN Candidates:

• Education: Associate degree or LPN/LVN certification in good standing for Nebraska.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience OR 3 years of experience as a CNA/CMA.

For RN Candidates:

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing for Nebraska.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of general nursing experience.

Shared Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.

• Current certification in CPR&First Aid.

• Skills: Strong communication, basic tech/computer literacy, and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of those we serve.

• Physical Ability: Comfortable with active physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and the ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs and transfer 50 lbs.
