Insight Global is seeking a Business Service Center Advocate I for a leading financial services client. This individual will serve as a key point of contact supporting business banking and Treasury Management customers. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable handling a high volume of inbound inquiries while troubleshooting issues and providing solutions. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of commercial banking products, including ACH, wires, online banking, lockbox services, and cash management solutions. Candidates who enjoy client interaction, problem-solving, and building a career within the banking industry will thrive in this fast-paced support environment.
Logistics:
5 Days Onsite in Orland Park, IL
Pay: $16-$18/hour
6 Month Contract to Full Time Employment
Day-to-Day:
- Respond to inquiries regarding banking products and services
- Support Treasury Management products including Commercial Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Lockbox Services, Cash Vault, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture
Handle inbound calls from business clients and internal bank employees
- Research and resolve client issues from start to finish
- Escalate more complex requests to appropriate internal teams
- Educate customers on system capabilities and product functionality
- Stay current on department policies, procedures, and banking regulations
- Perform additional operational and support duties as assigned by leadership
- Deliver exceptional customer service focused on client satisfaction and problem resolution
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- 1-3 years of Deposit Operations, Cash Management, or related banking experience OR Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
- Experience handling high-volume inbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Prior banking experience
- Prior Treasury Management experience
- Clerical or data entry experience
- Experience supporting commercial banking clients
- Familiarity with ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, or Online Banking platforms
