Service Technician Position

Fuel Powersports is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in West Bend, WI. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of powersport vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on powersport vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, and snowmobiles.
Conduct routine inspections and service checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status, repairs needed, and maintenance recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment following all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the powersports or automotive industry.
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
Ability to use tools and diagnostic equipment efficiently and safely.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to stay updated on new technologies and service techniques.
