The Company is powered by approximately 13,000 dedicated and talented associates.Job Summary: Responsible for effective management and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production machinery and facility support equipment. Responsible for the direct supervision of Maintenance Department staff and coordination of all contracted vendors.Key Responsibilities:Maintain security and safety of all contractors.Ensure facility safety and security.Ensure operator safety.Maintain production machinery and facility equipment in a high operational readiness condition.Ensure pollution control equipment and emissions are compliant.Ensure level of knowledge, skills, and proficiency of maintenance mechanics is maintained at a high level and meet the skill requirements needed to maximize equipment operational readiness.Minimize maintenance and utility costs.Manage the maintenance workforce of 14-18 direct reports, supporting a 24/7 operation.Ensure safe work environment by enforcing general safety policies and procedures to be followed by plant personnel in compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA rules and regulations.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent6+ years of manufacturing experience5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of hourly and salaried associatesProven conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations and resolve issues constructivelyOrder/Resource ManagementThird Party ManagementTeam & Solution Oriented MindsetChampion a Positive Work EnvironmentRegulatory & ComplianceProduct Life Cycle ManagementAchieves Business ResultsLEAN PrinciplesStrategic Focus & DirectionConflict ManagementTechnical Aptitude and software proficiency with Microsoft OfficeExerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or up to 20 pounds of forces frequently, and /or 10 pounds of force constantly to move objectsPreferred Requirements:Bachelor's Degree5+ years of experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the capability to effectively manage direct reports with diverse personalities, supporting employee engagement, performance, and ongoing developmentGlass manufacturing experienceKnowledgeable of electrical and machinery operations and maintenanceTravel Requirements: Ability to travel domestically up to 5%We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
