THE POSITIONOur roster has an opening with your name on itFanDuel is seeking a full-time Commercial Marketing Associate to help elevate our customer engagement and marketing initiatives within the Horse Racing business unit. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping customer retention strategy, driving operational excellence, and supporting revenue-generating commercial initiatives.You will partner closely with teams across VIP Operations, Finance, Product, and Commercial Analytics to enhance the customer experience, optimize marketing performance, and deliver commercial outcomes. This role will report into the Senior Commercial Manager of Racing.In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.THE GAME PLANEveryone on our team has a part to playOwn end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with retention goals, commercial priorities, and budget constraintsSupport the setup, QA, and deployment of automated customer journeys, ensuring accuracy, quality and complianceResolve campaign-level technical issues (e.g. deep linking, rendering, personalization logic, UX defects) to minimize operational, regulatory and business riskManage promotional budgets with precision, tracking spend, monitoring trends, and escalating risks or variances as neededAnalyze campaign performance data to uncover growth opportunities and influence future retention strategyIdentify and implement innovative lifecycle tactics to increase engagement, improve retention, and enhance perceived customer valueWork cross-functionally with creative and brand to develop high-impact campaign assets that drive customer engagement, excitement, and brand awarenessDevelop deep expertise in marketing technology and data tools (e.g., campaign platforms like Braze, XP & HighTouch, analytics workflows, data warehouse), improving execution efficiency and scalabilityContribute to a high-performing team culture by supporting teammates, sharing knowledge, and stepping in as needed to ensure team successTHE STATSWhat we're looking for in our next teammateMinimum of 2+ years of experience in Customer Marketing or similar roles, with the ability to manage complex campaigns from conception to executionBachelor’s degree requiredTop-notch organizational and project management skills to handle concurrent initiatives and deadlinesStrong marketing mindset with a deep understanding of business levers and performance driversComfort with data and insights to measure campaign success and track budgetsUnderstanding of marketing platforms, Email Service Providers (preferably Braze, Movable Ink, XP), and Customer Data Platform Technologies (e.g. Segment, HighTouch)Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and effectivelyHas a positive attitude and loves being a team playerFamiliarity with design tools like photoshop is a plusPassion for the gaming industry, and racing specifically, a plusABOUT FANDUELFanDuel Group is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada.
