WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a high‑performing Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a fast‑paced, upscale salon environment and is driven by results. This is not a traditional receptionist role —this is a sales‑focused, revenue‑generating position . You will own the guest experience from first contact to checkout while actively driving bookings, maximizing schedule efficiency, and selling memberships and retail . If you have experience in a busy salon, medspa, or luxury service environment and love the thrill of hitting goals and earning more based on performance, you’ll fit right in.
