Cactus Corn is building an iconic Arizona snack brand. We partner with major sports teams, pop up at the biggest events in the state, and are expanding rapidly across retail and direct-to-consumer channels.

We are looking for a Growth & Brand Activation Intern who wants real ownership, measurable impact, and hands-on startup experience.

What You’ll Do:

Social Media Growth & Content (60%)

Develop and execute a weekly content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Stories, LIVE)

Capture event content and turn it into engaging posts

Launch and manage UGC campaigns

Track engagement, follower growth, and performance metrics

Deliver biweekly analytics reports

Stay ahead of platform trends and test new ideas

This role is about growth, engagement, and lead generation — not vanity metrics.

Event Marketing & Brand Ambassadorship (40%)

Represent Cactus Corn at 5-7 local events per month

Engage directly with customers at stadiums, festivals, and campus activations

Generate qualified email leads per event

Create real-time content from live activations

Collect customer feedback and document insights

You will be the face of the brand at events.

Partnership & Influencer Outreach

Identify micro-influencers and campus ambassadors

Develop local brand collaborations

Help expand our reach across Arizona

Compensation & Performance Bonuses$18/hour base pay

$500 quarterly bonus for exceeding 15%+ follower growth KPIs

$200 bonus per event for generating 50+ qualified leads

Junior or Senior pursuing Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience managing social media for a club, small business, or personal brand

Comfortable on camera and engaging with live audiences

Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and analytics tools

Creative, proactive, and growth-minded

Available for nights and weekends for events

Bonus if you have grown a page past 1,000 followers or worked live events.
